Order Processing

  • Signature Collection: Ships within our standard processing timeframe.
  • Foundry Series: Made to order and requires additional production time prior to shipment.

Shipping Method
All bowls ship flat to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Simple assembly is required upon delivery. Assembly instructions are provided after purchase.

Heavy Item Notice
Our products feature solid stone bases and are intentionally weighted for stability. Shipping rates reflect the size and weight of the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Signature Collection
Signature Collection items are eligible for returns within the standard return window, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Foundry Series (Made to Order)
Foundry Series products are made to order and are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
