Each bowl features a solid stone base paired with a removable, food-grade stainless steel bowl.

How do I clean the bowl?

The stainless steel bowl can be removed and washed by hand or in the dishwasher. The stone base should be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.

Will the stone stain or absorb moisture?

The stone is sealed for everyday use, but we recommend wiping spills promptly to maintain its appearance.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

Why does the bowl ship flat?

To ensure safe transport and reduce the risk of damage, all bowls ship flat and require simple assembly upon arrival.

Is the product heavy?

What is your return policy?

Signature Collection: Eligible for returns within the standard return window.

Foundry Series: Made to order and final sale. Returns are not accepted.

Can I exchange my bowl?

Exchanges are available for Signature Collection items, subject to availability. Foundry Series orders cannot be exchanged.
